The Customer Success team work with a diverse range of international clients, from SMBs to large enterprises, across French, English, American, or Spanish markets. We help clients from understanding their needs and configuring the product to deployment and follow-up, ensuring satisfaction through workshops, training sessions, and regular check-ins.
Our team not only supports clients, but also uses Qobra, which makes us even more passionate and convinced by the product. Deeply integrated into the organization, bridging the gap between Product, Tech, and Sales. We provide valuable feedback on client needs to the Product and Tech teams, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handovers and continued client success through dedicated CS-Sales partnerships.
