Job description
Today's sales team is composed of 5 full-cycle sales reps (doing both the SDR & AE job) directly reporting to the CEO, Antoine. Your role would be to take the Head of Sales position, managing the team, and reporting to the CEO.
🎯 Your goals
The main goal is to establish some strong-level repeatability & consistency in our sales process, in France 🇫🇷. You should help us grow us:
From 🅰️ We have some customers, some inbound leads, and a micro-brand.
To 🅱️ Scale this and get us from €1m to €10m ARR.
💪 Mission & Responsibilities
- Hit the company New Business quota.
- Create a predictable hiring process and hire a bunch of excellent individual contributors.
- Build a predictable training program, for the quick ramp-up of new joiners.
- Design a tactical coaching & development program, to get the most out of your team.
- Maintain a great sales efficiency ratio.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Customer Success & Product departments.
- Focus sales efforts on customers who are in our PMF (product-market-fit), meaning satisfied customers, who perceive value, who don't require too much support and who stay for many years.
🔍 Experience required
- You are in a management position of ≃10+ direct reports.
- At some point of your career, you must have sold at a 1-2M€ ARR startup.
- You have experience in competitive sales.
- Successfully sold ≃ 30k€ ACV (average contract value) SaaS products.
- You have experience in outbound sales motion companies.
- Already built a team yourself: hiring, training, coaching successful reps.
- You are extremely demanding when it comes to hiring process, training program, coaching & developing salespeople.
- When being an individual contributor, you were in the top 20% among your team.
